About Us

Located in the forest of Cherryville, BC, is our little family farm. 
Hi! We are Josh and Echo, the owners of Tevah Acres. We are a family of 7, and we are navigating life among house and farm renovations. In 2022 we moved our family to this little slice of heaven in the mountains  and started our chicken farm.

Echo grew up on an organic Chicken farm in the lower mainland, and we have continued the 3 generation family tradition by becoming chicken farmers as well. We have a passion for natural foods and helping people know where their food comes from. We love encouraging others to raise and grow their own foods. This is where our adventure takes us for 2023. 
The summer of 2023 led us down a path to find a self sustaining source for meat birds. The broiler industry is becoming more tricky and we wanted to help others raise and grow their own chickens for their families. We purchased the exclusive rights to sell the heritage meat bird line “mistral gris.” 
Now we are happy to offer families and farms in the Okanagan region and beyond, meat and layer breed day old chicks. We are currently expanding our laying breeds, and are very excited for what the future holds as a hatchery. 
We love meeting new people here on the farm and are always happy to tour you around our forest farm, filled with goats, chickens, horses, alpacas and of course a good helping of cats and dogs.
