• Fresh-Milled to Order: Each batch of flour is freshly milled after your order is placed. Please allow 5–7 days for milling and processing before your order is ready for pickup or shipment.

Pickup Options

• Cherryville Farm Pickup: Available Monday through Friday. Add a note at checkout with your preferred pickup details, and we’ll confirm timing directly with you.
• Armstrong Pickup: Orders for Armstrong are brought down about one week after ordering. Once your flour is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time together.
• Abbotsford Pickup (Rockweld Farms): Orders to Abbotsford are included with our monthly farm shipment. After placing your order, we’ll be in touch with the next available delivery date for pickup at Rockweld Farms.

Shipping Options

• Western Canada: 
  • BC & Alberta: $20 – Orders up to 20 kg
  • $40 – Orders up to 30 kg
  • Over 30 kg – Requires a second shipment; please contact us for a quote.
• Saskatchewan & Manitoba: Flat rate $35 – Orders up to 18 kg
• United States: Currently we are unable to offer US shipping 
• Larger Orders & Custom Quotes: We can ship higher quantities; however, due to the weight of flour, larger orders typically require multiple boxes and a custom shipping quote. Please email us for a personalized invoice if you’d like to order in bulk or beyond the listed limits.

• Farm Pickup – Cherryville: Tuesdays and Wednesdays (varies by hatch week)
• Chick Sitting Fee (if held past Wednesday):
  • $5/day for fewer than 20 chicks
  • $10/day for up to 100 chicks
• Partner Pickup – Armstrong: Tuesdays or Wednesdays
• Local Delivery: Lumby, Vernon, Armstrong, Enderby for $25
• Please leave a note at checkout with any special pickup or delivery needs. We’ll contact you to confirm.

Pickup only in Cherryville. We are not currently shipping hatching eggs.

We are currently only offering day-old chicks. Point-of-lay or full-grown hens are not available at this time.

• Minimum Order: 20 chicks. Best shipped in groups of 25, 50, or 100.
• Delivery Timing: Most arrive within 2–3 days. Typically Wednesday or Thursday. Rural areas may be Friday.
• How It Works: Chicks are held at your local post office. Your phone number is written on the box for them to call.
• Tracking: Canada Post does not scan live chick boxes during transit. This is normal.
• Loss Policy: A loss of up to 5% is considered normal. We include extras when possible.
• Canada Post does not guarantee live shipments. We are unable to replace or refund chicks lost in transit.
• By choosing to ship chicks, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

• Available via Air North (Northern BC) and Seaplanes (BC Islands) only.
• Only available on designated hatch dates.
