How the Cross Works

Producing Mistral Gris is wonderfully simple.

We pair Silver Barred Giant roosters with Tevah Ebony Dual-Purpose hens.

The resulting chicks inherit the strengths of both parent lines, creating the hybrid vigour that has made the Mistral Gris one of our favourite dual-purpose birds.
