ingredients: organic hard red flour, water, sourdough starter, yeast, olive oil, honey, eggs, kosher salt. 
 
Our fresh milled bread is made with organic wheat flour using heritage grains made in Canada. We use a longer fermentation process in our breads to enhance both the flavour, and help with digestion, lowering the unprocessed gluten. 
High in protein and packed with nutrients our fresh milled bread uses most of the whole grain and is completely free of all additives. The finished flour is completely non-enriched, so you will never have synthetic vitamins and nutrients in the bread. This is great for those with the MTHFR mutation and who may be sensitive to some gluten products. Without the synthetic vitamins this bread is more digestible and won’t cause inflammation in the same way that white bread products can.
