Silky-soft, naturally sweet, and full of character, our Spelt Flour is crafted for bakers who appreciate the rich flavour and timeless appeal of one of the world’s oldest cultivated grains.

We begin with organic Canadian-grown spelt sourced from Fieldstone Organics and stone mill it fresh using a slow, cold-milling process that protects the natural oils, flavour, and nutrition found within the whole grain.

Through multiple milling passes, we create an exceptionally fine flour that highlights spelt’s naturally silky texture and mild, nutty sweetness. The result is a flour that feels approachable and easy to use while still delivering the unique flavour that has made spelt a favourite for generations.

Spelt’s gluten behaves differently than modern wheat, creating baked goods that are tender, delicate, and full of character. It shines in sandwich bread, rustic loaves, muffins, cookies, pancakes, flatbreads, crackers, and pastries, bringing warmth and depth of flavour to every recipe.

Made from organic Canadian-grown grain, our flour is naturally GMO-free and glyphosate-free. We never enrich, bleach, or add preservatives or additives. Instead, we mill fresh in small batches, keeping the goodness of the whole grain intact while creating a remarkably soft and versatile flour.
