We begin with organic Canadian-grown Red Fife sourced from Fieldstone Organics and stone mill it fresh using a slow, cold-milling process that protects the natural oils, flavour, and nutrition found within the grain.

Through multiple milling passes, we create an exceptionally fine flour that highlights Red Fife’s distinctive flavour while retaining the fibre, flavour, and character of the grain itself. The result is a silky-soft flour with remarkable versatility and a depth of flavour that modern wheats rarely match.

First grown in Canada in the 1800s, Red Fife became the foundation of Canadian prairie wheat farming and remains one of the country’s most celebrated heritage grains.
