We begin with a signature blend of organic Canadian-grown grains sourced from Fieldstone Organics, carefully selected to create a flour that produces tender crumbs, fluffy bakes, and exceptional versatility. Each grain is stone milled fresh using a slow, cold-milling process that protects the natural oils, flavour, and nutrition found within the whole grain.
Through multiple milling passes, we create an exceptionally fine flour that bakes lighter, softer, fluffier, and more versatile than traditional whole wheat flour while retaining the fibre, flavour, and character of the grain itself.
