Lightly sifted for a softer crumb and a smooth, familiar texture, this flour gives you the nourishing goodness of whole grains without tasting or behaving like typical whole wheat. No heaviness, no bitterness — just reliable, delicious baking that feels as good as it tastes.

Use it 1:1 in cookies, muffins, cakes, quick breads, pancakes, biscuits, brownies, and more.

Every batch is fresh-milled on our traditional stone mill, the old-fashioned way. We use only locally sourced, organic grains and cold mill them to keep nutrients intact — no heat, no shortcuts.
