Golden, smooth, and beautifully balanced, our Stoneground Fine Semolina highlights the naturally sweet, buttery character of durum wheat in a soft, flour-like form. This is a gentler expression of durum — warm, supple, and deeply nourishing — designed for bakers who love the flavour and strength of semolina but prefer a smooth, finely milled texture.
Milled twice on our traditional stone mill, then lightly sifted, this flour is exceptionally fine, soft, and fluffy. The process removes only the coarsest bran while preserving the germ, natural oils, and fine bran, resulting in a whole-grain flour that hydrates evenly and behaves beautifully in dough.
Milled fresh using a slow, cold stone-milling process, each batch stays true to the old ways: no enrichment, no additives, and no shortcuts. Keeping temperatures low protects the delicate oils and golden aroma that make durum wheat so special.
