Our Red Fife Flour celebrates Canada’s oldest heritage wheat, a beautiful reddish grain first grown in the 1800s and cherished for its deep, complex flavour and gentle sweetness. Because this flour is unsifted, nothing is removed — you get the full grain in all its authenticity: bran, germ, natural oils, fibre, and every nutrient nature placed inside.
